CODE OF CONDUCT
This Code expresses the ethical commitments and responsibilities in the performance of
business activities and corporate operation by the employees of Windlife, its stakeholders and
its business partners.
We comply with the highest standards of moral and ethical conduct and confirm and comply with the Zero Tolerance Plan against corruption. We will not engage in any corrupt practices or commit acts of bribery. We are committed to detect and deduce any acts of bribery and corruption.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
We avoid all potential conflicts of interest between work and personal aairs.
GIFTS AND HOSPITALITY
We do not give or receive (directly or indirectly) anything of value (gifts, payments, loans, hospitalities or benefits) to or from any official or employee of any government, political party or candidate thereof. We do not give or receive (directly or indirectly) anything of value in order to influence business decisions or to encourage doing something inappropriate, dishonest or illegal. All gifts and hospitalities will be proportional, reasonable, must have a legitimate purpose and must not create a conflict of interest or the perception thereof.
TRANSPARENCY AND HONESTY
We report all our information, transactions and payments completely, honestly, currently and transparently. We do not make false statements or misrepresentations.
We uphold the principle of fair competition.
We respect and support the protection of internationally claimed human rights. We ensure that we will not be complicit in human right abuses.
CONDITIONS OF LABOUR
We attempt to create a productive and inspiring working environment, where we can innovate ourselves and our business. It is our aim that wages, working hours and other conditions are not less favourable than the best conditions prevailing locally and in the same working industry.

We recognise and respect the right of employees to defend their interests and to associate with any employee organisation to bargain collectively.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
We aim to maintain a safe, healthy and productive working environment.
We support the existing legislation and regulation regarding the protection of the environment. We promote a greater precautionary and responsible approach for environmental issues, and encourage and provide environment-friendly technologies.
